In 2024, my life took an unexpected turn.
Up until that moment, I truly believed I was living a healthy life—
eating organic, choosing natural products,
and doing my best to live mindfully.
So when I was diagnosed with cancer and glaucoma,
it completely shook me.
I remember thinking… how could this happen to me?
But that moment became more than just a diagnosis—
it became the beginning of a deeper journey.
Not driven by fear,
but by awareness.
I started to realize there was so much more
I could do to truly support my body,
my mind, and my spirit.
Chemotherapy, while daunting,
wasn’t as difficult for me as many expected.
I’m naturally slim, and people worried
I wouldn’t have the strength—
but I surprised them.
I stayed strong.
I stayed resilient.
And deep down, I felt that the choices I had been making—
and the ones I became even more intentional about—
were supporting me in ways I couldn’t fully explain.
Today, I’m grateful to say I am cancer-free.
And during that same period,
my husband was facing a serious health crisis of his own.
That experience changed everything for us—
how we live,
what we value,
and how deeply we care for our health.
This journey didn’t just change my health—
it changed how I live.
It changed what I choose.
It changed what I trust.
And that’s why I’m here.
